District to host parent information night FOR KINDERGARTEN PARENTS FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR

The Stow-Munroe Falls City School District is hosting Parent Information Night for all six elementary buildings on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 6:00 pm in the Kimpton Middle School auditorium located at 380 N. River Rd. in Munroe Falls.  Parents/guardians of new kindergarten students (children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2018), are invited to attend this event.  During the course of the evening, parents will have the opportunity to hear how to register their child for school and learn more about our kindergarten program including ways to help prepare your child for school.  In addition, staff will be on hand to answer your questions.

Parents of students who are not eligible to enroll (due to their age) may attend this event, however, they will need to obtain and submit an Early Entrance to Kindergarten Packet that will be available under the Early Entrance to Kindergarten 2018 section that will be posted on this page after May 1.  Early entrance testing will occur in early May/June.  Students not eligible for kindergarten (due to their age) will not register for kindergarten unless testing is complete and results indicate the student is qualified for kindergarten.

For families unable to attend Parent Registration Night, registration details will be available on the district website beginning March 23, 2018.  We look forward to meeting parents of the Class of 2031!
